Opportunity Village’s Northwest Campus and Betty’s Village North Slated to Open in Late 2026 LAS VEGAS (February 23, 2026) – Belonging and hope are coming to Northwest Las Vegas this year when Opportunity Village opens its newest campus location and Betty’s Village North, providing housing, direct employment, workforce development and day habilitation services to hundreds of Nevada residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Opportunity Village to Host Family Advocacy Conference on Sept. 5 LAS VEGAS (August 7, 2025) – Parents, family members, guardians, friends, and supporters of people with disabilities are invited to an event designed specifically with their interests in mind. The Opportunity Village Family Advocacy Conference will take place from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Sept. 5, at Opportunity Village’s Smith Family Campus, 6300 W. Oakey Blvd. The event is open to families and loved ones of people with disabilities, and registration costs $25. Opportunity Village Thrift Store to Host Holiday Pop-Up Shop for Christmas in July LAS VEGAS (July 8, 2025) – Celebrate Christmas in July with the holiday experts this month and help raise money for Opportunity Village. From 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on July 25, the Opportunity Village Thrift Store, 324 S. Decatur Blvd., is hosting a holiday pop-up shop inside the store with free cookies, a station to write letters to Santa, and other fun surprises.
